ESX Server 3i 3.5.0 build-110271 to v4.1

There is alot of post regarding update 3.5 to 4.1 like

Is there a good guide somewhere doing this in a secury EASY way (not that skilled within wm world)

Existing server ESX3i 3.5.0 110271 without virtualcenter, would like it to become 4.1.

Where can i get: Upgrading using VMware Update Manager

You won't be able to use Update Manager without vCenter, so you will have to look at the options for upgrade using offline bundles or the host upgrade utility that comes with the vSphere Client install.  Looking at your build number, I would guess you will need to get to ESXi 3.5 Update 5 before you can go to 4.1.

It's part of the vSphere Client 4.x installation.
