Has anybody run into this driver problem with the NCM532 flex nic on the BL460/490 blades and the above build?
I found that the smartlink function would not be enabled with the default driver on this build. I had to use the custom driver feature with the build and install the vmware-esx-drivers-net-bnx2x-400.1.52.12.v40.3-1.0.4.00000.223054 driver during the build. This makes the build very painful due to the ILO interaction with the ESX iso and that it has to be manually attached via the HP blade dongle instead of using the ILO interface. I have tried the Java applet also without luck. Does anyone know if VMware and HP have resolved this problem or is it just me?
