I want to be able to add a ESXi host an AD domain as part of the kickstart file, I've found the following really old post but it referrers to ESXi v4. https://communities.vmware.com/t5/ESXi-Discussions/join-domain-kickstart/td-p/323930
Does anyone have a more up to date discussion/blog etc?
Can I call the following from the kickstart file using vim-cmd?
/usr/lib/vmware/likewise/bin/domainjoin-cli join <DOMAIN> <ID>
I'm using Secure Boot if that makes a difference?
