Dell Custom ISO showing as incompatible

Hi guys

We have a pair of Dell R720 servers running ESXi 5.1

I’ve just updated our Vcentre Server to 5.5 and now want to update the Dell Hosts

I’ve downloaded the latest custom ISO from the Dell site (5.5.0 Update 1) and added into the VMWare Update Manager

Now against that host it shows as Incompatible.

Is it still safe to run, or should I be trying to upgrade this host another way?

I'm assuming I would be better to us etch custom dell iso for network drivers etc rather than just a basic vmware iso?

Of what I can remeber sometimes when I upgrade Update Manager says that I have to reboot the host first before I can stage and remediate.
