Cost effective whitebox or only mobo

Hi I'm looking for cos effective whitebox setup (or just a mobo) compatible with ESXi 7.

Requirements: supported at least 64GB of RAM and that is basically all.

Dual 1GbE NICs and small form-factor would be nice, but this is not mandatory.
