Cant launch VM console from vSphere Web client i get a grey console screen and saying conne ting but nothing happens i have the lstes update on both vcenter and esxi

WMRC  works as well as the thick client any ideas

Getting page as attached but no null , just the grey box and saying The Remote Console is connecting and wheel in the middle keeps turning and nothing happens

I have finally solved the problem, I was using IE 11, I went internet explorer setting icon /"Compatibility view settings" and added local host/or domain

Thank you remon1.  This fixed my problem.  Looked all over.  I never got the null message but the annoying "The Remote Console is Connecting" & a pinwheel of infinite death.

BTW I was using IE 11 for vSphere Web Client Version 5.5.0
