Brand new Dell R520 with Broadcom 5719 doesn't detect NICS during install

Trying to install ESXi 5.1 on a new R520 with 2 onboard Broadcoms and a quad prot 5719 and the install gets all the way to the end and comes indicating that there are no NICS on the system. All BIOS and Lifecycle show the NICS. 5719's are on the hardware compatibility list. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

use the dell iso for your 5.1 install

Thanks, sparrow! I saw that and was thrown off by "recovery" in the file name and didn't think it was for initial install. I really appreciate your help!

tried to install esx on a brand new dell r520, and had the same problem !

Hi Guys...Question!  How do I deal with this same issue with an already installed system!  I have servers already deployed and dont want to redo the installation but at the same time I would like the NICS to work!

Update:  The Dell CD allows me to do a repair which works just fine and adds the drivers without need for a reinstall
