After upgrade sudo configuration

when I upgraded my host from 3.02 to 4.0 I realized that old sudo configuration was not work. I checked ./etc/sudoers it had changed during upgrade. I added my user again like this

root ALL=(ALL) ALL

MyUser ALL=/usr/sbin/myfile

my .bash profile was same before upgrade. But I awared of while upgrade some path was changed by installation proccess.

/home/myuser/esx3-home

Could you tell me anyone how can I solve this issue.

Thanks.

Hello,

The upgrade process does not keep your original configuration for any file or filesystem. It provides you a way to get access to that data but does not directly link to this data. Actually, the upgrade creates 3 filesystems (/,/var/log,/boot) then provides links to the original volumes you used. Due to this 'change' you may want to use host profiles, grab your profile, then reinstall and recreate the profile.
