After Upgrade the server will sit at Hypervisor selection screen versus just booting right into new version

Im using the Host Update Utility and after upgrading a server from 3.5 to 4.0 u1a when the server reboots it sits at the hypervisor selection screen versus juts booting into the new hypervisor after a few seconds. Where can I change this behavior?
