Do you mean that you have 12 Physical Processors or 12 Logical Processors?  VMware licensing is based on physical processors, not on logical or cores.  If it is 12 physical then I wouldn't see why you couldn't purchase more than one acceleration kit.  Although, it might be one of those things like trying to use Essentials Plus licensing in anything other than the vCenter bundled with the Essentials Plus Kit.

You would be able to manage all of them from vCenter.

I would call VMware directly and speak to a licensing specialist. They can tell you whether it is possible.

Welcome to the Community,

even though I don't see any issues with combining licenses bought trough 2 Accelerator Kits, I'd recommend you send an email to mailto:sales@vmware.com to get an official statement.

As stated though by others on this thread, it is probably best to contact VMware Licensing or Sales regarding this to make sure that there isn't any license agreement violation in combining.  I don't think there would be but I would check just for good measure.

I just got verification that this can't be done.  If you place an order with 2 Acceleration Kits it will be kicked back by VMware Licensing unless you are using them in separate locations.  So to do what you need, you would need to purchase 1 acceleration kit and then the extra 6 CPU Licenses for Advanced.
