I downloaded vsphere last night. The esxi installer is hanging at the welcome screen where it discusses compatibility then asks to hit entered to proceed or esc to exit. But at that point the installer is frozen irregardless of pressing enter or escape.
I’ve done some research on it and some have had issues with uefi not being enabled but I have confirmed I’m using uefi in the bios.
This a brand new build, using AMD 5950x 128 gb ram nvidia 3060 nvme gen 4 drive one and raid 10 drive two. Asus b550 chipset two nic one intel on mobo and separate aquntia 10GB card.
I would have preferred different mobo but supply chain is impossible and that’s all I could get in time.
Any ideas on how I can get passed the welcome screen to complete installation?
