6.7 to 7.0 U3F on SD

Current circumstances won't allow for hardware upgrades.  We are currently running ESXi670-202201001 and need to upgrade to 7.0 Update 3F.  Are there any "gotchas" or potential errors I should lookout for?  Is this just a direct update?  I'll be doing it through cli.  I'm a little worried after reading about having to set the scratch partition. We have Dell r430s with 16GB SD cards.

Thanks for the replies.  Seems pretty clear cut.  Would really like to know what kind of experience it has been for folks who are still using SD cards on version 7U3?
