vSphere Enterprise or Enterprise Plus

Hello All, I have a customer that has brought up a confusing point and need your help in making this right. Here is the question. Is Third Party Multipathing supported by Enterprise or do you have to have Enterprise Plus? My thoughts, Enterprise will support ALL Storage requirenments and the only difference is, The DSWITCH and Gold Image. Please give me your feed back.

They are using Netapp as there SAN Solution so, since enterprise already has NMP, will they have to upgrade to Enterprise Plus for Multipathing for Netapp?

Enterprise Plus is the only version that supports 3rd Party Multipathing (MPP) direclty into the hypervisor.
