esxi 4.1 : Broadcom iscsi adapter (5709) or software initiatorn?

Have someone compare performance between software intiatorn and Broadcom iscsi adapter on 4.1 ?

What is best practise to use ?

fyi, my first test is that software initator is faster (with jumboframes) compared to Broadcom 5709 (without jumbo).

M610, x5680, EQL 6500E, ESXi 4.1 with EQL MEM, DELL load balance.

Win2008 R2 with 4 vsmp and 4gb ram.

IOmeter, with 512bytes blocksize, 100% reading, 0% random.

~ 30000 IO/s with Broadcom, ~ 40000 IOs with software initiator.

Results with 32kb reading was not good with Broadcom, 225Mb/s with software initator.
