.dvsData folder

I want to destroy a datastore and reassign the LUN someplace else, but I am concerned with a folder that is on the LUN named .dvsData.

I have migrated all VM's from the DS but that folder which references the distrubuted swith has me concerned.

Anybody know how I should handle this folder?
