datastore "increase" button greyd out

Hello!

We have fresh installation of vSphere 4.1 (3 hosts ESXi 4.1 + vCenter 4.1 + EMC CX4-120)

There are two shared datastores from array. So we want to extend one lun and datastore. But "increase" button is greyd out . On the second datastore all is ok, increase button works.

I didn't find any solutions for vsphere 4.1 and vmfs version 3.46.

Did you try connecting to one of the ESX hosts directly using vSphere client and then extending the datastore ?

Hi,

yes I've tried that. The same thing. Unable to increase datastore.

Lets do a rescan for datastores on the cluster and then try to increase the datastore.

Thanks for the answers, but I've already done all simple steps to resolve this issue.

I've already recreate this lun with large size on the storage array. So this discussion can be closed.
