In KB 79616, it is stated that "Storage Array/LUN Support SCSI-3 reservation type WEAR (i.e., write exclusive all registrant). " Is WEAR mandatory or just an example here? If storage system can only support "5 : write exclusive – registrants only" aka WERO instead of WEAR? can this storage system also meet the requirement for this KB to use RDM in WSFC. Any feedback is highly appreciated.
