cannot file a support request

Hi all,

I try to file a support request on VMware site, I fill up all of the mandatory fields but everytime I click on "submit" button, nothing happens. I can see all of the informations I wrote and the only field empty is "phone number". If I input again the phone number and submit, I can see a "error on page" warning on my browser. I try from 2 or 3 different pc in different places, and with ie and mozilla, but the result is always the same. Am I the only one with this kind of trouble?

If you are trying to upload a document/image into the SR on the Web, it usually doesn't work so good. I usually file the SR online then reply back to the automated email with my attachments.

If all else fails, just call support 1 (877) 4-VMware

Thanks Troy,

but I'm one step before.... I cannot open a new SR, with no attachment. And I'm not so confortable to speak english, I prefer to write the problem so I can review and correct if necessary the terms I'm using...

Customer Service can help you correct the information in the database so that you will be able to use the online form, but you will have to speak to them first.

They need your account number to correct this.
