Vmware vsphere multipath

Hello all ..

I would like to ask few questions regarding iscsi multipath option in ESXi 5.5

I did setup my two kernel ports and bind them to software iscsi adapter ...

I followed this blog : http://blogs.vmware.com/vsphere/2011/08/vsphere-50-storage-features-part-12-iscsi-multipathing-enhan...

The problem is , that i do not have two paths to same iscsi target. (I hope that i understand it well ,)

And one of the kernel adapter is shown as "not used"

I did setup only one active NIC per kernel network.

Is something what i do not understand correctly regarding this setup scenario ?

Ok , so

I did check my array , so there was an option to allow multiple sessions to one ISCSI target.

So if somebody is using Synology NAS for some lab purposes or other  there is chceck box which will allow multiple connection to one ISCSI tareget ... picture bellow ..

Thank you for your time ..

Does your iSCSI array support multipathing?
