You are wanting to use this for access to guest machines? A normal Windows Server 2003 well works as the base. Have a look at http://sanbarrow.com There are lots of places on the web that have driver packs.
Yes i want to access guest machine...If i use my bartepe on esx 3.5 it's working but if i move my vm on vsphere it dont work anymore

I always start with Windows server and add a comprehensive set of driver packs so that the disk is usable across both physical and virtual machines.
