VMWare ESXi Machine suddenly gets full and Crashes

Dear Team, I have faced an issue in my environment: one of my machines suddenly crashed saying it was out of Space, whereas I have configured 8TB of space on that drive need your urgent action.

This is my Backup Storage Server and Remote Machine will save backups here thanks

What is crashing, the VM or the ESXi host? What does the capacity usage look like on the datastore?

the VM is getting crashed, the datastore is configured as RAID5 in the BIOS and it has two no. of Virtual Machine Installed
