Unmanaged I/O Workload Detected - 3Par Adaptive Optimization?

Hi All,

I'm receiving several of these per minute in vSphere:

"An unmanaged I/O workload is detected on a SIOC-enabled datastore: XXXXXXXXXXXXX".

We only have a single datastore per LUN, and confirmed nothing else is generating I/O to those LUNs.  Is it possible that Adaptive Optimization on our 3Par is doing this?

Thanks,
DS

Nope, nothing else accessing it.  I confirmed this down to the device ID level.  I am trying to find out what is causing the unmanaged I/O, thus the thought of AO.
