Storage i/o control

Hi ,

we have new feature in 4.1 vsphere. and as per my small knowledge we can control the storage share as per virtual virtual machine.Can any body tell me

the way so i can configure my critical vm in such a way that they will get more or priority access to other virtual machine in case of storage crunch.
