Storage help ESXI 5.5

Hi maybe someone can help me with this.

I have a VM datastore that has low disk space.

If I browse datastore, I don't have for 127Gb of files (see sreccnshot below).

I went on SAN Equalogic software and it says that datastore has 47Gb of free space and I have same amount of free space left on the windows partition.

How can VMWare see only 1.92Gb of free space?

Are you sure that you are looking at the correct datastore ?
Can you show a screenshot of the datastore overview ?

Yes i'm 100% sure that i'm looking at correct datastore. I added screenshots so you can see.

How can he see only 1.88Gb left? Is it possible that it's hidden files?

Does the usage remain the same after updating it, i.e. clicking "Actualiser utilisation stockage"?

Yes free space remains the same after refresh
