Recommend a good BBU RAID Card?

Looking for a decent battery backup RAID Card - either PCI-X or PCIe, ideally something that has RAID 5 & 6 support, 6-8 SATAII ports.

Something of good quality but hopefully pretty cheap on ebay, etc. Does not need to be the most modern or fastest card in the world - can be low or full-height, This storage repository is going to be throttled to 10mb/sec at the NICs so the data transfer rate can be below today's modern standards.

Is there something in the $100-$200 range? I come across plenty in the $500-$1000 range but they are all overkill for my needs.

Are my base choices a Dell PERC 5 or PERC 6? I've looked at the PERC 5's (and its going into a dell server) but it doesn't have RAID6 capability
