ReadyNAS iSCSI direct connect to 2 ESX Hosts

ReadyNAS: 2 Lan ports

2 ESX hosts: 4 Lan ports per host

I'm connecting NAS Lan port#1 to ESX#1 port#4 and NAS Lan port #2 to ESX#2 port #4

I'm also attempting to place the iSCSI device on its own VLan. Here's what I've got:

NAS Lan Port #1: IP Address 192.168.110.11

                           Netmask:   255.255.255.0

                           Gateway     192.168.110.1

NAS Lan Port #2: IP Address 192.168.110.12

                           Netmask:    255.255.255.0

                           Gateway:    192.168.110.1

Here's the part where I'm really feeling dumb....When I create my VKernel for the iSCSI traffic on ESXHost#1, what should my IP settings be? This is a direct connect setup and both devices are equipped with AutoMDIX ports.

Also, considering my servers are on a different Vlan (192.68.50.xx), will they need special VMWare networking treatment to be able to access the iSCSI? How do I create a channel between Vlans within VCenter?

Thanks,

-ken
