QLE2560 only sees first 2 LUNs

Hey everyone,

I'm running ESX 4.0 u2 and I recently installed a 8Gb Qlogic QLE2560 fibre channel card. ESX recognized it and installed the proper driver; however, now I can't see all of my LUNs. Permissions are set correctly on the SAN side yet for some reason I can only see the first LUN on each disk shelf (2 total). The SAN is an older Apple.

Has anyone else run into this? Do I just need to update the driver?

Any help is appreciated!

Nevermind, figured it out, it's because of LUNs not having unique NAA numbers. KB here: http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=101746...

Just FYI: My SAN is an Apple Xserve RAID

How did you fix this? Looks like others have had this problem when using ESXi 4x but not ESX. I'm going to be connecting a 14-drive 2-LUN xserveRAID next week, and hope to avoid this problem. Is there a way to set unique NAA IDs for each LUN?
