Move VM from one storage to another

My situation looks like: I have two different vcenters, PROD and DEV, they are using two different datastorage's. My question is: Is there any possibility to move several DEV VM's to PROD environment (it means that I need to change and vcenter and datastorage) without any interruption of these VM's?

I'm using VMware vCenter Server 5.1.0 in both environments.

I'm afraid this won't work without interruption. You may have the least downtime using vSphere Replication in this case.
