Hi All,
As we are plan to migrate couple of physical servers to virtual environment all the migrated vms disk are not aligned. I just use netapp santools to align disk my data disk is aligned successfully but when i try the same in the system partion it's shows "Error Loading Operating System"
Let me know is there any other option to perform the system partion without OS crash

Even though there may be other options like Quest's vOptimizer Pro or - if you want to align the partitions manually - you could use a combination of parted and gparted to move/align the OS partition, I think it's not worth the effort. Unless you have data on the boot partition there's not much I/O on it. If I'm not mistaken, e.g. booting Windows 2003 boot needs ~120-150 MB, for XP it's about 80 MB. So there's minimal to no impact on the VM's performance with the unaligned OS parititon.
