How to list files of virtual machine?

I have two hard disks on my Vmware host. There are virtual machines on a SATA disk, how can I list these virtual machines files?

After vSphere client conntected to Host or vCentre Server, only can see the hard disk, but can't see the files.

But, can see the esxconsole.vmdk on another disk!

Please give me more detail, Thanks!

You must locate your target VM datastore and browse from there. See attachment below:
