Good afternoon. Just wondering if I am going to have to use a SAN with my configuration here, or if there is some way I can make vsphere use this detected hard drive as a datastore:
You may have already solved this by now but if not:
Click that link that says "Click here to create a datastore" > select Disk/Lun then select your disk and follow the prompts from there.
