Fiber Channel connected VTL

Is there any documentation on how to zone, configure the ESXi, configure anything on the VM to be able to use a Quantum DXI7500 series VTL library with Commvault Simpana 8.0?

From reading that tech doc - it appears that AMD Opteron CPU's are 'experimental' and that only certain PCI devices are supported.....  Am i reading that correct?
