Disc latency in Vmware

Does anyone know how high disk latency can be acceptable regarding FC disks or SATA ?

As high as you find acceptable for your applications. Do not forget, too high disk latency means that your SAN is overloaded.

Ok, one host reports 25ms average disk latency and another abot 5 ms......
