1) Best Practices
2) How to exclude files and if well known files treated as malware files while they are safe
4) Any free sessions or free Trainings or Videos ?

You will not find many best practise guides around as they are internal to Trend Micro and protected by none ddisclosure agreements.

Do you still need answers to the below as I can get them from my lab.

I too would like as much info as possible on this as I am just about to implement.

Any tips or stumbling blocks, lessons learnt would help alot.

For the best practices there is a document from Trend Micro. you can find it here

There is also a recommended scan exclusion list, it is for Trend Micro Endpoint products in OfficeScan but also can be used as imput for Deep Security. you can find it here

I don't know if there are any free training's or videos.
