Can't start VM from NFS Datastore

I cant start a VM from a NFS Datastore (WIn2k3). Datastore is connected and all Files are visible from Vsphere Client.

Error is "Could not power on VM: Not found.Failed to power on VM"

Ok, already solved

Problem was a NFS-Mount with the IP instead of the DNS-Name.....
