Can't seem to increase thin provisioned disk.

Ok guys, i can't seem to resize this XP vm that was created a couple of months ago.

RIght now there are no snapshots:

I made sure that there weren't any in the datastore:

I tried creating a datastore and deleting to make sure, and still i can;t resize it.  There are other VMs on this host.  One is windows webserver 2008 and it can be resized so i know it's not a role permissions thing:

I am running ESXi 4.1, Vshpere vCenter Server Version 4.1.0 build 345043, and Vsphere Client Version 4.1.0 build 345043.  Any help would be greatly apprieciated.

This is most likely caused by the fact that this is an IDE virtual disk. I'd recommend you use the converter to resize the disk and - in step 3 - select the SCSI Buslogic controller for the target. This way you can resize the virtual disk in the future if needed.
