The basic questions we would like VMware/TAP support to answer is whether rook-ceph cluster, implementing Rook FS Ceph, is supported/have been done by customers using VMware TCP 2.5 stack so as to enable RWX (Read-Write-Many) access mode for Persistent Storage for a TKG cluster.
In the case of VF Ro, the following components are/will be in use.
- TCP 2.5 stack
- HP 3PAR is providing the underlying storage
- VMware vSphere CSI driver
- VMware vSphere Datastore
- VMware vSphere Datastore are in VMFS format
- Storage Class – vsphere-sc is used by the TKG cluster (RWO block mode)
