About multipathing existance

Hello,

How can i know if my vsphere 5.0 has multipathing capability , is there thirdparty or module in esxi?, i am sorry if my question silly Smiley Happy

If you refer to the ESXi server, they have multipathing by default, integrated.

Take a look at theis KB article.  It outlines all of the native multipathing options in VMware.  http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=101134...  I believe EMC is the only vendor with a vendor based mutlipathing option for VMware, but I could be wrong.

True, however Dell's doesn't allow for multiple outstanding IO on multiple paths like PowerPath.  Its multipath, not load balancing.
