Dear All,
Could someone told me how to mounting/attach HDDon guest os from different version?
Here is the little brief
1. Guest OS Win2003Srv (32bit) had 1 TB on drive E (data) manage by Vsphere 3.5
2. Guest OS Win2008R2Ent (64bit) manage by Vsphere 4.0
what i want is move this data on point 1 and attach on point 2 as we add some new HDD, at first is success, but after i turn on my Win2008 it turn to offline at windows management console, i activate it but now it says unalocated, when i right click to find another clue, there said conver to dynamic which i don't dare to click it since the data contain valueable data, althought it already backup.
Do have any experience for above problem, i would gratefull if you could help me or share it...
