Hi All,
Does I required same cpu family on Primary & recovery site.
For Example:-
In Primary site we are using Intel based CPU & in DR or Recovery Site we are using ADM based CPU. Can I replicate VM using vSphere Replication.

There should be no issue with the replication itself. However if you are going to power on the replicated VM, the guest OS may need some reconfiguration.

what kind of reconfiguration
Most modern operating system should discover the CPU. In case of Windows the required reconfiguration due to the CPU change should work automatically, but will usually require a reboot.
What you may also need to keep in mind (or test) is whether the configuration change triggers a Windows re-activation. This may also apply for applications which have licenses that are bound to to the "hardware".

Last 2 years I didn't notice any extra reboots after moving from Intel -> AMD and back.
Windows2003/2008/2012 and Linux machines don't seem to have a problem with it.
Might be that indeed some older or different OS's will need to reboot extra like mentioned before
