I would recommend filing SR to VMware support and provide the logs from your vSphere Web client. To root cause the issue - you can check your vSphere Web Client logs - /var/log/vmware/vsphere-client/logs/vsphere_client_virgo.log (in your vCenter Server Appliance) or C:\ProgramData\VMware\vCenterServer\logs\vsphere-client\logs\vsphere_client_virgo.log (if you use vCenter on Windows)

Best Regards

Ivan

More info:

I have two vSphere Replication Appliance in two vCenters.

  • From Production vCenter I can see the plugin and the replication is working.
  • From Stagging vCenter I CANNOT see the plugin.

I´ve tried to replicate, connected to Production, and it´s working well.

Thanks in advanced.
