I have 3 vCenter instances in linked mode. One of these instances is across a wan link with 150ms latency. I have a VR mgmt appliance linked to each vCenter instance and and multiple SRM servers as well.
When I connect my DR UI, i receive a message "Unable to retrieve pairs from extension server at https://servername.cmc.com:8043. Unable to login to HBR management server." If i wait about 10seconds, I can refresh the page and then it shows connected. The VR server that the error message states is the one across the slower wan link. I assume this is because of some timeout setting that isnt quite high enough to allow communication to complete over the 150ms link.
Does anyone know of any custom timeout settings that could be adjusted in this case? Maybe something in the hms-configuration.xml file?
