Hi
I have a question about srm
can i replicate a single vm in a lun when i use array based replication?
assume that there are lots of vm in that lun.
Consider using vSphere Replication for a single VM Replication. As, single VM only can not be replicated using array based replication assuming that there are multiple VM's in that LUN.

No. The LUN is being replicated so all VMs on it would be replicated as well. In SRM, all VMs on a replicated LUN would need to be in the same protection group.
Have you looked at vSphere Replication? That supports replicating individual VMs regardless of their underlying storage.
