Vsphere Replication Enabled (Not accessible)

I was having issues with the Vsphere replication appliance .

so i had logged into the appliance and Installed New SSL certificates,as they were expired.

I have both rebooted and shutdown & powered on the appliance and its status still shows as Enabled(NOT accessible).

I have tried the same on the DR site and that one worked without any issues, the issue seems to be happening on the primary site.

Any suggestion will be appreciated

  • Verify that the vSphere Replication appliance exists on the vCenter Server.
  • Verify that the vSphere Replication appliance is powered on.
  • Restart the VRM service.
    1. On the vSphere Replication Home tab, select the row that indicates the Enabled (Not accessible) status and click the Configure icon (Configure the selected vSphere Replication appliance) above the list of replication servers.
    2. On the Configuration tab, restart the VRM service.

Unfortunately tried all the above mentioned steps but to no avail.

At last had to un-register and re-register to resolve the issue .
