Upgrade 8.1 to 8.1.1

When I check for updates on the appliance it just fails. Is there a way to upgrade via ISO/CDROM?

I tried this last night and I did not get the upgrade option, it basically said make sure the other appliance is shutdown as I am about to take over. It did not copy any replications., luckily this site only had 2 to reconfigure.   I will try again at another site.
