  • 1.  Two or more disks have the same name!

    Hello All,

In my wisdom I created a server with multiple disks across multiple LUN's and now I want to replicate this server to my one disk backup NAS.  When I try and replicate this server I get the following error message (all other one disk servers fine) :-

Two or more disks have the same name. These disks cannot be replicated to the same location. You must configure disk replications individually.

I can't for the life of me see a way around this, unless I can rename the VMDK's?   But that sounds a tad risky.....

    Any help, much appreciated

Superb!  Many thanks to both of you!  I could only mark one as correct, but you were both right!   That has saved me some serious head scratching :smileysilly:

You can prepare folders for vmdk files on target and select them in configuration wizard advanced disk mode.
