Hi @TeamSispro ,

It's reporting NFC errors.

1. Any network issue that happened at the site ?

2. Select one of these VMs from replications and run the reconfigure replication wizard once. Let me know if it reports similar errors

Hi @ashilkrishnan ,

We have 22 virtual machines that should be replicated. In all of them that RPO Violation Error appears. The vm called vm_srvterminalvl04_R was reconfigured a few days ago, but the status was left with just Error.

This is the error reported by that vm.

Thank you very much for your help.

@TeamSispro ,

Please review and perform these actions:

1. Click on Manage tab --> Target sites and ensure target VR is listed as connected

2. Login to VR VAMI portal (https://VRaddr:5480) --> Configuration --> Enter SSO password --> Click on 'Save and restart service'. Perform this at both sites and it's successful

3. Check the /var/run/log/vmkernel.log at source host(Check for one of the hosts where the VM is running) for connectivity errors to target VR server.

4. Check the /var/run/log/hostd.log and vmkernel logs on ESXi hosts at recovery to see if any NFC memory errors are reported

@TeamSispro

That's the configuration page for vCenter appliance and not vSphere replication. You need to login to https://VRaddr:5480

@ashilkrishnan

I did step two of your previous reply, but I had to stop the vmware-vpxd service by ssh in order to save.

Now, neither the embedded database nor the vmware-vpxd service starts. And through the VR portal, the database, sso, Time synchronization and active directory stay loading.

@TeamSispro ,

Steps provided earlier were to be performed on vSphere replication portal:   https://vSphereRepIPaddr:5480. This step does not require any changes/restarts on vCenter server.

Did you make any changes/service restarts on vCenter configuration page: https://vCenteraddress:5480.  If you are facing issues with vCenter services now, I would suggesting a separate thread in vCenter discussions.

@ashilkrishnan

In the RA configuration, the SSO option does not appear and when I click on save and restart the service, I get this error.

I've seen this before, and it looks like it's an issue with specific web browsers. Please see whether using another web browser will display the missing part.

@TeamSispro ,

Looking at the screenshots, is this 5.x version ? If so, please upgrading vC and VR to a supported version.

Did you get vCenter services back online ? Once vCenter services are back online, power cycle VR appliance(Hard power off, not reboot, shutdown) from vCenter web client and try to perform save and restart service.
