Replicating VM from a cluster to standlone

Hi,

is it possible to replicate a VM that is in a vSphere cluster with version 6.7 U3 to a vSphere Standlone version 6.0?

Thanks.

Hi @sandroalvesbras ,

Yes, you can if the standalone ESXi 6.0 host is added to the vCenter . ESXi 6.7 U3 is compatible with vSphere replication 8.1 and later versions.

ESXi 6.0 hosts should be on a minimum 6.0 U3 to support VR 8.1 and newer versions.

I hope that helps

vSphere replication can replicate within the same vCenter and to another vCenter as well.

Hi, @ashilkrishnan

you mean that vSphere 6.0 needs to be added to a vCenter, which is the same where vSphere 6.7 or another vCenter are, right?

This vSphere 6.0 is connected to an exclusive that manages other vSphere 6.0 as well.

Thanks.
