DR replication

Hi,

Currently we are designing vmware solution. we need PR/DR replication.

So what are the available options we can use for replication (within vmware)

PR -server +san storage

DR- server with internal storage

looking for help from expert.

Here are a couple of questions..

1) Are you planning on having a hot / cold remote site with another storage array that will host the replicas and also have servers ready to go to host the VM's?

2) What is your RTO / RPO?

3) Will do need your whole environment covered or only critical VM's to your environment?

4) Have you defined a budget for DR?

5) Are you using AWS / Azure at all?
