DIfferent DNS Suffixes on Two Adapters

We have one 2003 64 bit VM with two network adapters. One network adapter is assigned with IP address 10.10.10.3 without gateway. Other Network is adapter is assigned with 192.168.5.4 with gateway and dns addresses. Now the issue is I need to configure with different DNS suffixes on both the adapter. But whatever I am configuring on one adpater are reflecting on other adpater also. If am trying to remove on other adapter, the primary adapter also loosing.

Not so expert in windows but as i believe a host machine can only have one dns suffix . this doesnt depends onthe  nic nos.

so according to me its not possible . only one dns suffix per host.

That might be accomplished if you configure the DNS entries statically on the DNS servers matching the IP address of each network interface.

Cheers.
